They checked on an issue I had, replaced the parts. Also when In had to come back because of the same part, they took care of me. Especially Marty, he's very understanding. |

Came in on black Friday and got a set of 4 tires. Service was great. Had the truck checked for alignment and it was needed and completed. Got a set of the Goodyear adventurer Kevlar tires. So fare I have been impressed with these tires. They are quiet on the road and so far no issues with grip but winter is not quite here yet. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star rating is that they were offering an extra $100 dollars off a set of tires on black Friday on the Goodyear website and Dolson Auto Service is listed on their web site but they did not honor the discount. |
Shop Comment Hi, were glad we served you well. We always strive for 5 but understand that you were disappointed with a Goodyear offer. That offer was made by Goodyear and caused quite some confusion. Goodyear explained to us that they were trying to say it was an additional value of up to $100 if you signed up for their credit. For example a tire rebate might be up to $100, they would make it $200 on certain tires. The retailer is not the party of the rebate it is the manufacturer and we are sorry Goodyear made this so confusing - they did not even tell us about their one day promotion until after that. Their explanation is still a little sketchy, and they had taken it down after we advised them of your experience. |

I brought my vehicle for a New York State inspection and left it all day. When I picked up the vehicle I was told they could not communicate with it and was charged a failed inspection fee. I brought it to Subaru and they passed it with no problem. I will not use this service center again. |
Shop Comment NY States system has had known communication issues with Subaru vehicles on certain models. Contact NY State for more information. It is not a service center issues, it is a problem between the states computer. There is a bulletin posted about this issue on their site. |
